I’m not one to write reviews but the service we experienced on Thursday night was horrendous. The glass of wine I ordered at the bar was maybe 2-3 ounces being generous. We sat at the bar with three empty drinks as the bartenders kept walking by like we didn’t exist, the bar wasn’t busy. We kindly asked the bartender if we could look at menus and sit at a table because we knew we weren’t going to get service at the bar, she explained that a waitress/hostess would come over to seat us. No one ever came over. I got up and waited by the reservation table to try to get some sort of acknowledgement only for a waitress to look at me and walk the other way. I went back to the bar, still no drinks or service so we got up and left after having one drink in a 45 minute span. The owner was too busy drinking and socializing to ask how our experience or meal was that we never had the chance to get. It was pathetic.

No reservations so we understood we needed to wait - but while waiting we sat at their very nice bar. The bar staff were so nice but were understaffed and we waited for over 20 minutes to get a drink. Not the bartenders' fault. Steaks were tender but a couple of the guests' steaks were cold. I think Theo's 24 needs better management to accommodate busy nights like a Friday/Saturday. Loved listening to the piano player! He was wondeful!

I order the ribeye which was recommend by the waitress, which was about an average ribeye. The one thing that really blew me away was the bill. $50 for my plate alone and I could have made a better steak on my grill at home. Soft drinks were not free refills and atop that I was charged a $1 credit card fee (Culver’s doesn’t even charge a credit card fee). My advice pick somewhere like a Texas Roadhouse. You will leave with a better taste of satisfaction and more money in your pocket.PS - the rating is no reflection on the server who was amazing.

Went about 5:30 on a Saturday and had an excellent meal. The steaks were done perfectly and melt in your mouth quality. The service was spot on and very accommodating. Only two suggestions is offer malt vinegar with the fries, we both think that would make an excellent pairing with them and if they don’t already soak their baked potatoes that would help make them silky smooth! Overall still an awesome meal!

The food was very good, the manager/waiter ( it was obvious he was not a regular server) was sincerely helpful and nice. Prices were reasonable. Service in general was horrible, either they were understaffed this evening or poor management. Sat in the bar area waiting for a table for 30 minutes no one ever bothered to clean the table we were at our even asked us if we wanted a drink (went to bar to get drink).Waited 15 minutes to get the wine ordered after being seated..etc. Food was very GOOD..temperature quality, quantit - very good. Is a little odd in the menu did not say whatsoever what was included with any meal.. so we had no idea if there were sides included excetera there were no list of sides on the menu. The food was really good the manager/male waiter .. was very kind but the service was below average.

Went there for a company dinner. Had a delicious sweet moscato wine, loved it. The appetizers were amazing. The steak was so tender a coworker of mine could use a butter knife. The inside is gorgeously decorated and is a nice relaxing environment. The only downfall would be prices, I am thankful our company paid for it!

We enjoyed the tastes of the food and the dining experience. The crab cakes are outstanding as an appetizer. The steaks were tasty but I've had steak's with better flavor and more tender than what we ordered.Soup or salad fresh bread and a side of potatoes and vegetables. I got two small red potatoes with my steak my wife. French fries with her steak.In the front entrance their feature was sea bass or porterhouse. I should have asked the price for the porterhouse before I ordered it because it wasn't worth $42.The homemade soup is creamed spinach and it had small diced potatoes. That soup was outstanding. Be aware this is a very expensive restaurant we did not leave without paying the $150 bill for Just the Two of Us on a Wednesday night. Parking is adequate it is on street parking restrooms were clean barroom is well-stocked with Wine & Spirits in many different tappers of beer. Friendly kitchen and wait staff.

Absolutely delicious and the staff was so accommodating to our request to have drinks and apps at the bar and dinner in the dining room. Great service and incredible food. Just spectacular!

Not to Impressive quite pricey for what you get tried to greasy fish fry but what impressed me most was the extreme dirt hanging from the ceiling server was friendly

I don’t usually publicly write reviews but I brought 7 people in on Friday for my daughters birthday and all though the steaks and fish we had were out of this world and our waitress Kelsey was the best we’ve ever had I left feeling very dissatisfied with the way we saw who we assumed was the owner or cheff (very big guy) treat our server. Not only on my way to the restroom did I hear him belittling her and over heard him shout at her that her no one likes her she then had red eyes the rest of our dinner like she was on the verge of tears. She was still fantastic and I really wouldn’t have known what happened if I hadn’t gone to the restroom and overheard an argument and then stopped at the bar as they both came back in. Food and service was great but we will not bring our family back in.

Had the New York strip, wife had the chicken bow tie pasta. Both were excellent. While it was pricier than expected, the food and staff were awesome and those looking for a steakhouse experience that's not from a chain should definitely consider Theo's.

Thursday night 1/2 priced apps is a must have!! A hi tuna and scallops and crab cakes and Asian potstickers!!

Best tenderloin I’ve ever had.

By far my favorite eatry in the area. Steak is definitely worth your money. Rivals steakhouses that cost a lot more. Crabcakes that put some of the best establishments to shame. Chocolate martini that I never miss. Tuna is said to be legendary but they're usually sold out by the time I come through with the late dinner crowd (great way to skip the rush).

Went here for my brother's birthday. Drinks were made great. I had a Rueben sandwich (Its my go to when I'm indecisive). It was the BEST Rueben I have ever had, I was blown away. Their sides were also phenomenal, the horseradish mashed potatoes were one of the best sides I've ever had. My girlfriend ordered a pasta dish that was decent but nothing to special.Overall great service and wonderful food.

The food was a little on the high side for Fond du Lac, but definitely good. I expected the atmosphere to be a bit nicer though. It's not shabby, but I expected more being that it's one of the higher priced restaurants in town.

Service was mediocre at best. The flavor of the steak was good but was not hot. The patato was cold also was the vegetable. It was my mother inlaws 91 birthday, they brought out cake and charged us for it!!! Will not go back!!!

Excellent seafood and apps. One of the best old fashioneds my wife and I have had. And Drew, our waiter, was patient to our children. We will be back.

Brought my family here on Saturday and the service was terrible. For the ridiculous prices you pay to eat here you would think they would hire someone who knows how to take care of more than one person at a time. Very poor management and wouldn’t be surprised if he fails at this place as well.

So my steak over done, no Au jus. No butter for the baby red potatoes if you ordered them, which have no flavor Besides all that, I asked for just the steak and potatoes to be put in my go box and I got the shrimp tails and the 1/4 lemon I used to make the shrimp taste a lil better as you can see in the picture .

The Seabass was delicate and soft with the side of au gratin potatoes, so thinly sliced and flavorful. Delicious!
